What luck to find an honest mechanic! The worst part of having a car problem is the fear that I'm gonna be ripped off by the repair shop. I don't have to worry about that at Robinwood. They are honest and fair, and do excellent work. Not to mention polite. Even better, they treated my mom well, and gave her the respect females often don't receive at auto shops. They are also contributing to the rejuvenation of that area of Ferguson, where I spent a chunk of my childhood. It's good to see shops in that area other than liquor stores.

They were fantastic. I'm a female college student so I'm use to automotive places trying to rip me off. They did not even attempt it. The owner found the problem, showed me what was wrong with it, and then told me my options. I needed 2 new rear tires. He let me have a choice in which tires to choose. Then after choosing he went down the warehouse right then and there and put my tires on for me. They were so friendly and really made you feel at home while you were there. The prices were reasonable and they gave me an estimate before doing any work.

Robinwood Automotive is the ONLY shop I trust for service for my car....has been for over 20 yrs. My friends know this and swear that I must have "stock" with you because I refuse to go else where.....even though I have relocated to University City. Members of the staff --- you are the BEST!!!!
