I couldn't be MORE PLEASED because you took me on short notice at the BUSY TIME of your month. You took the time to explain everything you needed to do and ask me IF I wanted the work done. Which I DID. You even drove me when my car was tied up. Also your parking would have been hard to BACK out on a busy street BUT YOU HAD MY CAR PARK "FORWARD" SO ALL I HAD TO DO WAS "PULL OUT".
