Update as of April 6, 2020:

Dear Valued Customers,

As an essential business Robinwood Automotive will continue to remain open for our customers and the community.

I want to let everyone know of our special offer for healthcare workers we have put in place. If you or someone you know is a healthcare worker or First Responder, we will perform your vehicle’s maintenance services and or repairs at our cost.  This is our way of showing our appreciation for putting themselves at risk to care for others.

We have implemented additional changes to keep you and our staff safe. Temporary new hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. In order to practice safe social distancing, only one customer at a time will be allowed in our lobby.  Under special circumstances, you can make a waiting appointment, yet we will ask you to wait outside while we service your car. With the weather being nicer this should work out okay. Now more than ever would be the best time to utilize our free vehicle pick up and return service.  Or we will take you home and pick you up when your vehicle is finished. During normal business hours, you can call ahead and let us know you are dropping off your vehicles and leaving the keys in the vehicle, so you don’t have to come inside at all.  We will retrieve the keys right after you leave. Our after-hours drop box service is still in place. Your bill can be paid with a credit card over the phone.  When your vehicle is dropped off, all critical touch points are wiped down with disinfectant wipes. When the vehicle is ready for pick up the process is done a second time.

As we are out picking up and returning vehicles, if you need something from the pharmacy or the grocery store or even to get some gas for your car please let us know. We are happy to help out any way we can.

We are still running our $10, $30, $50 off special until the end of April.  Take $10 off $100, $30 off $200 and $50 off $400 any service or repairs.  We still have 90 days, 6 months and 12 months interest-free financing programs in place.

When we push aside all the doom and gloom the media wants to portray, we are inspired by the stories of many people and companies stepping up and helping others out. This is the strength and bond that has made America the great county we live in. People sacrificing and helping our fellow brothers and sisters will get us through this situation.

May God continue to bless you, your families, our communities, our nation, and the world.

Be Well!
